Just conceiving technology is not enough. True success is decided by how this technology is deployed and implemented. Thanks to its stellar work in the deployment of a customized white-label solution for a prominent developer, ANACITY recently clinched the Best Implementation of Technology award at the World Realty Congress 2024 Awards in Dubai.

The award recognises ANACITY’s ability to deliver a tailored, efficient, and user-friendly platform that redefines the residential experience across different geographies. The platform won across all nominated categories, also bagging the GOLD Award for Proptech Company of the Year and was recognised for Best Digital Transformation and Most Innovative Initiative.

Multi-city deployment

The award-winning deployment covered 8,400 units across Dubai, Sharjah, and Oman. Additionally, 5,000 units are currently being onboarded, further extending the platform’s reach. The multi-city deployment also highlights ANACITY’s localisation abilities to meet local regulations and sensibilities.

Importance of smooth implementation of tech

The client had multiple reasons for adopting an app-based community management platform.

Redefining community management

ANACITY’s integrated tech platform digitally transforms community management for homeowners, residents, and community managers.

For Homeowners & Residents

The solution offers an integrated digital gateway that simplifies the residential journey, enabling users to:

Empowering Community Managers

The solution is not just resident-focused, it also includes a robust back-end portal for community managers, delivering transformative benefits:

Seamless API integration

A key highlight of this implementation is its 100% integration with the client’s Salesforce CRM. This was achieved through a phase-wise data migration. Other integrations include Yalla and checkout.com.

Planned implementation of tech

A phase-wise planned rollout was the most important part of the implementation process. The ongoing process started with brainstorming and workshopping with the client team to understand and work on their requirements, culminating in deployment, training, and adoption monitoring in different communities.

The rollout was carried out in close association with the client’s team. Regular meetings were held to discuss the progress, adoption, and client expectations. The implementation plan included clearly defined timelines for functionality updates and community rollout. The short- and long-term roadmap accounted for business priorities and overviews of major features.

Recognition and rewards

The white-label app has since won accolades with the client winning a Gold Award for Best Digital CX at an international platform.
