New feature: Tower/Tenant-Level Notices

Timely and regular communication is the backbone of a community. The challenge here is avoiding information overload. This is a common occurrence since community managers and admins often post notices to all residents or homeowners. To resolve the issue, ANACITY has introduced the Tower/Tenant-Level Notices feature on the web dashboard.

The feature is available for residential communities under the Community Corner module. Commercial real estate admins can find it under the Announcements module. This update brings greater precision and control to community-wide communication, empowering admins to send the right information to the intended residents.

Precision in Communication with Tower/Tenant-Level Notices

Tower-level notices: Admins can send notices to select tower/s, thus avoiding flooding the inbox of all residents.

Tenant/unit-level notices: For even more targeted messaging, the recipient can be further filtered by house/unit in a residential community or tenanted office in a workplace.

Email notification control: Get more control over whether or not to send follow-up email notifications. Manage how and when residents are notified, based on urgency and relevance of the information.

Why the Tower/Tenant-Level Notices Feature Matters

With Tower/Tenant-Level Notices, admins can now target specific buildings, blocks, or even individual units—
